Ferris Buellers Day Off;
- Main character speaks to the camera/audience- Direct address.
- The titles are always being repeated.
- Theres always different music playing to fit the scene.
- The pace starts of slow but then gets fater.
- The titles that are repeated were flashed in.
- Main characters name is always being repeated, ''Buellers''
- The institution was shown at the begining which was 20th Century Fox.
The Breakefast Club;
- Narrarion was used.
- Music to fit the scenes.
- Tells us the names of the characters and what they are known for.
Pan Labyrinth;
- Narration as the dialogues in Spanish.
- Lots of different camera effects used.
- There was mostly low key lighting.
- The marketing of the film used short reviews to pop up during the trailer.
- Music and sound effects to fit the scene.
- Use of fade to black in transition editing.

Juno;
- The dialect tells us the storyline from the begining, ''im pregnant.''

- Titles kept showing up, helped the audience by telling them what was going to happen next.
- Mise-en-scene shows us its a normal teenagers room.

Persepolis;

- The narration mostly came in when there was a different scene title.

- Editing of the title animation ''W'' to ''M'' and the style was for kids.
