Analyses on WhySoSerious?.com
The website whysoserious.com is to do with the joker. It has been made by him- and it representng he is. Having a website about The DarkKnight is another way of promoting the film by warner bros. When first entering the website we hear 'The GCN Traffic Update' which connots that this a place which has got somthing to do with crime, but then all of a sudden we hear an evil laugh and the breaking news headline just cuts off. We the target audience automatically think of the joker as the person who had laughed and done something to the signal. The first thing that grabbed my attetntion was the 'To do list' on the middle of the site. Everything on that list has been crossed out showing us that those things have been done. The joker has used a red pen or red lipstick to cross out the things on the list and as you search across the website you see that he has drwan over the lips of the people in the pictures and given them big red smile, as on the to do list the last thing thing it says is 'To leave a big mark'. This could connote that the big mark would have something to do with the red ink he has used all over the website. Once you actually properly surfed the website you realise that it is from the jokers prospective and that he hs a very big sense of humor as the layout of it is very different to anyother websites- hence the name whysoserious. It looks as if the whole of the front page has been layed out on a wooden floor-maybe to give it some more suspense. Most of the little images are links which lead you on to other parts of the website-which have all been overtaken by the joker.
The similarites between the website and the poster (analyses in book) are that they are both to do with the joker, telling us that he is like the major role in this film.

WorkExperience Interview at FarmGroup-31/03/11♥
On Thursday 31st March me and Humaira had our WorkExperience Interview at FarmGroup. We went with Mr Holloway, Miss Ashworth and a bunch of sixth formers. We found out were it was (but its SO confusing, its through TOO many alleys, =/) But its absolutly AMAZING! Im privilaged to have just gone and visited then actually doing 2 weeks worth of experience there! Our supervisor Mark is really sweet and he gave us a tour of "Uncle" the main building we will be working in. There are 4 other buildings which we will get the tour off on our first day! Firstly we will be making coffee/tea and sorting out paperwork, then may have the chance to start editing things, and whilst we are there they will be doing Britains Got Talent, Misfits etc. :O IMAGINE if we meets celebs-no we're there for "professional" work. =D Two of the best things out of it is that we can wear whatevr we want( YES-No smart clothing!!) and that during lunch hours we're allowed to mess around, play the Nintendo WII and chill out on the roof top! So i personally cant wait, dunno about Humaira! =P
just want the 16th May to HURRY UP. ♥

♥SkyTrip-22/03/11.
Our media class went to the Sky studios in Osterly on the 22/03/11, and it was most definatly one of the best experinces I have ever had. We were split into 2 groups, and I was with Miss Ashton. We first went and done Prensentation and recorded ourselves doing Soccer AM which was totally cool. Everyone there was super nice and we were treated like profeesionals! I also done the autokey and sound for the others. After that we went and had lunch( which was pretty nice to I have to say- cause like I cant live withought food!) =P Then we went and done our own programming for SKY MOVIES FAMILY for 24/03/11 which was amazing. We then went to some place called TX studios which was boring i geuss as the lady was speaking SO much and used very professional terminology! Then came the best bit we got our goodies (LOL) and left.
SKY was SOO much better than my experience at BBC-so thank you Miss Doyle.
P.S-Miss Aston your such a joker. ;D

TV Adevrt Analysis
My TV Advert is <iframe title="YouTube video player" width="640" height="390" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/8JzBbCBApWU" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
The reason why I have chosen this advert, is because 80% of people must have heard of this product, or atleast the company/brand. The denotation for this would be that Apple are trying to show what an IPad is useful for, for example: work, social, memories etc. They have shown something to do with a subject, then have made it clear to us what it is. A conotated bit would be when they have written things like "musical" or "historic", they have written it in black on put it on a white background, most probably get the viewers attention on it. Also at the during the adver the same "hand" comes in to show what the IPad is about, and this hand looks more mascualin probably because the IPad was aimed for anyone but specifically men. The target audinece would be from teenagers to adults, as it can be used for games or for work. As there is nothing like this out there, Apple will be very known for this as the company with the touch computer.

Print advert analysis
McFlurry Advert
I have chosen to write about the McDonalds McFlurry advert, as I thought that this goes out to most of the audience out there. The dennotation of this advert would be that you have a close up of a Smarties McFlurry. I personally think they have chosen to their Smarties flavoiur, as unlike the others this is there main trademark flavour for this type of icecream. The others, they have shown above the actual image. The Connnotated bit would be where they have placed the PoundSaverMenu at the bottom of the image. This would be to attract more customers as they would know that the ice-cream will be 1 pound. The target audience would be from kids to maybe adults. The selling point of this advert really stands out because the background is very plain, and the actual picture has alot of coulour to it.
